🚀 What will your mission be?

Legal advice to the company and its subsidiaries and investee companies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Comprehensive legal advice at the request of the company's Head of Legal, reporting to this figure.

  • Legal advice on public procurement law. Support and review in the examination of specifications and in the preparation and submission of bids in Spanish or English.

  • Support in responding to requirements that arise in the execution of awarded projects. Special resources in the area of procurement. Knowledge of common administrative procedures.

  • Legal advice on civil or commercial private procurement law, review and drafting of contracts of all kinds and for all types of entities. Contracts for the provision of commercial services with individuals and/or legal entities, suppliers or customers, public or private, based in Spain or abroad.

  • Collaboration with external advisors on data protection law, industrial and intellectual property rights, patent and trademark registrations.

  • Collaboration with external legal advisors on subsidiaries and branches.

  • In-person or virtual assistance in Spanish or English at meetings with clients, partners, suppliers, and entities of all kinds with which there is an actual or potential relationship.

  • Reporting to the Head of Legal on any ongoing or pending matters.

  • Punctual compliance with the methodologies and processes defined by the organization.

  • Having sufficient experience to work autonomously in day-to-day tasks.

  • Ability to hold a fluent conversation in English.

  • Second-cycle university education and equivalent (Bachelor's degree)

  • Desirable Master's degree in public procurement.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a multinational legal services firm within the public law department. 2 years desirable.
