What will be your mission as Project Manager?
The Project Manager (PM) leads and oversees projects across the Middle East. Depending on demand in Growth‑Markets countries, the PM may also be allocated to projects elsewhere in the region. The role requires a proven record in project management, team leadership, and software delivery; familiarity with public tendering; risk assessment and mitigation; budget and execution‑plan development; shared‑resource management; and a genuine interest in water and environmental issues. The PM drives projects end‑to‑end, delivering on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead end‑to‑end digital‑solutions projects for water and wastewater organisations (public and private), ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans: schedules, budgets, and resource needs.
• Monitor progress; identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Ensure delivery meets contractual obligations and customer requirements.
• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Liaise with customers, internal teams, and third‑party suppliers to keep communication clear and timely.
• Apply Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies as appropriate.
• Support public tendering processes and manage public contracts.
• Conduct risk classification, prioritisation, and mitigation planning.
• Implement best‑management practices and lead due‑diligence processes arising from the risk‑assessment analysis.
• Build and maintain execution budgets and plans for complex projects and programmes, proactively managing change.
• Implement effective resource‑management techniques, including across shared teams.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities; provide direct support to Sales when required.
