What will your mission be as a Project Manager?

You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all actions/tasks of a software implementation project, from the initial phase of technical/functional consulting to its launch and project closure.

Therefore, if you join the team, some of your functions will be:

• Direct contact with the client to agree on project objectives.

• Gather and prioritize various functional and non-functional requirements.

• Support different analysis and design tasks.

• Project planning in all aspects.

• Management and coordination of resources used in the project.

• Decision-making related to project objectives.

• Develop economic planning through budgets and keep them updated through reviews.

• Guide project management to meet the budget: control personnel and purchase costs.

• Manage and keep up-to-date billing and certification to the final client.

• Monthly reporting of production and billing.

• Monitoring and management of project quality indicators.

• Identify new opportunities in existing clients.

• Occasionally support commercial actions.

Requirements:

- Academic background: University degree: Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Technical Engineering in Computer Science (management or systems), or Industrial Engineering.

- High level of English and French.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management. Previous experience in monitoring software projects (budget control, meeting deadlines, etc.).
