🚀 What will your mission be?
The main mission of the position is to lead and collaborate as a specialist in projects related to the integral water cycle, with a particular focus on work orders.
💼 Your responsibilities will include:
Work closely with utility clients to understand operational processes and translate them into effective work order management and asset management workflows.
Management of customer relationships.
Coordination of the different specialties involved in the execution/implementation of a project: software developers, data architects, implementers, GIS department, etc.
Collaboration in software development, contributing experience in the water sector, focused on work orders for a utility company. Preventive maintenance plans, corrective actions, etc.
Collaboration with the company’s organization to ensure the efficiency of internal processes and to promote working and decision-making methods that help improve productivity, customer service, and product quality.
Compliance with internal methodologies and processes defined by the organization.
🌟 What will make you stand out?
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial, or Environmental Engineering.
High level of English required.
Over 4 years of experience working in the operation of a water utility.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in international projects.
Availability to travel.
